I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Camas, WA) in Sep 2016
Interview
Had an extremely brief call with the recruiter who asked for some technical questions. After we were done, he told me he would follow up with me later that week. A week and a half later after sending an email to two separate recruiters had had sent emails detailing my upcoming interview, an also calling the recruiter himself for an update, I got radio silence. The recruiter even asked me about how much I knew of SQL even though it was not even denoted on the job description. An interviewer should never ask technical questions about systems or software that aren't specified in the job description.
I am pretty saddened that I didn't even at least receive a "Sorry we found other applicants" email that they had sent to me previously for another position.

Interview
Three rounds of interviews. The first was with a recruiter for the Business Information office. The second was a technical and behavioral interview, covering experience with Excel, SQL, and BI software. The third round was with office management and involved more thorough technical questions as well as behavioral questions.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Camas, WA) in Feb 2017
Interview
The interview process was very disorganized. Full process took just over 3 months from university recruiting. I had 4 phone screening interviews with HR before meeting with the team I was actually interested in working with. All phone calls were basic behavioral questions, before being tagged along to another recruiter with no follow-up. Eventually made it to the right place, but stopped there. Not sure what went wrong, no feedback was given, so assuming it was not a good fit.
