Three separate rounds that consisted of the initial phone screening and two separate virtual interviews. The initial call is with a recruiter. Round two and three were with two different hiring managers, Within round two and three, at the end of the interview a normal employee comes in with more of a casual meet and greet to answer more questions without the managers there.

Question 1
This job is very repetitive and could be hard to stay motivated, what can you tell me about yourself that makes me think you can handle this environment
Similar to most other interviews, very basic questions testing fit and values. Multiple rounds, but mostly wanted to learn more about you and why you wanted to work for Fisher.
It was clear and easy. The people were very friendly and they made sure to aska range of questions. There were 3 rounds I believe. The first two were more in depth to gauge character
I applied online. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Plano, TX) in May 2026
Interview
Three rounds of interviews. The first one was on zoom. Second one was on site with a tour of the property. Final was on zoom again. Final interview was definitely the most difficult. At the end of the final interview I was told the hiring managers were going to review candidates and that I would hear from them by the end of the week. I never heard from them again. Very strange. Thought after 3 rounds of interviews they would at least reach out to tell me no.
