Interview process was pretty easy some few questions here and there, if the interview went well, you would show up the next day to start video training which is basically some old dude on the video explaining how to clean windows, which unfortunately I watched the damn thing for 2hours one day and same for the next, once your done with the video training then you roll with the big dogs to get your field training.
