Interview was simple, just asked basic questions. Interviewer only wanted to know more about me as a person and simple things like if I liked outdoor work and if I was afraid of heights, considering i'd be working on ladders.

The interviewer was very personable and easy to talk to. I was greeted and offered a seat in front of his desk where the interview took place. He wanted to know my work experience and why I chose to be a window cleaner. He explained what the position entailed and how to be successful at the position.

Pretty stright forward, meet for a group interview, hear about job. Fill out paperwork, then wait for a call back for a 2nd interview. If you get that. Then they are just finalizing thier choice and at the end you are given the new hire paperwork. Then you get your start date.
