The job was an employee referral. I spoke with the team a couple different times over the phone and Skype and we focused on my strong points and what I could offer the team. The focus for this team was 5 items - Database (SQL), Networking, Windows OS, IIS and Security. Outside of technical knowledge, my personality had to be a "fit" the team.
