Submitted resume through a former coworker. Two weeks to hear back, met with HR recruiter and HR Director for first interview. Second interview was scheduled for two days later with Sr. VP of Finance. Took accounting and excel tests before 2nd interview. Basic questions. Drug screen and back ground check were after offer.
