The process considered of a half-hour online interview conducted by two interviewers one of whom was the area manager for the post applied for. It was very well structured and professional. The requirements and challenges of the position were comprehensively described and a range of searching questions asked.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at FirstPort (Ross on Wye, England) in Mar 2026
Interview
This was a teams meeting so I was at home. The day and time were mutually agreed. Due to other commitments this had taken some weeks. The interview was conducted bu the Property Manager with an assistant taking notes. It was extremely relaxed. The PM is a really cool guy who allows you to be yourself. I was very thankful to them for their patience in setting up an interview
