First it was a video screening with a recruiter. After that it was a video interview with a current Sr. engineering leader. That is as far as I got in the process of recruitment with this company.

Interviewers were friendly. There were some technical questions in the interview. Overall it was a good experience, but a very short interview. I wish I would have had a bit longer to display my skills/personality.

Interview
Initial 30 minute screen. Then a Full Day Zoom Interview. Interview started with me giving a brief presentation that stated a career problem. Focus was on how that problem could have been solved better if able to solve again. Post interview it was stated that a quick answer for if an offer would occur. After 3 email attempts for an answer and 3.5 weeks time I finally got a response with a generic reason for no offer.
