1 Interview in person. I sat down with the Branch Manager and the Market Leader. After the in person interview they contacted me a few days later to make me an offer on the position, which I accepted.

I felt comfortable in both the telephone interview and in person. Both the district manager and the BC manager was both friendly and plain in the questions they asked.
