First Factory Devops Engineer interview questions

Applied in Costa Rica. These guys agreed to continue the hiring process after I applied, but wanted me to record and send a 3 minute video explaining why I was "excited to join the company". I replied saying I did not wish to record a video and provided the rest of the information they asked via email. Next day, they reply to me with a template rejection email saying I didn't have "enough experience".
