Interview
The owner invited me into his office and asked me one question about myself. I answered his question, and then for the next 3 hours the man talked about himself. His experience, his accomplishments, "his" products. It was like he was trying to sell me. At the end ... I was offered a job. That should have been my first clue that this was a huge mistake. I literally talked about myself for 90 seconds. He talked about himself for 3 HOURS!!!!!!
It sounds pretty unbelievable, you also mention that it took more than 3 months bit then describe that you got a job offer at the interview, what is your name? So we will check the records.

First Phone call and brief discussion about the position, then invitation for the one to one interview. I came to visit the office, they have asked me to tell about my background, asking questions about the company, showing around the office, meeting people in the office
