Interview
1. Scheduled testing ( Skills Review such as math, grammar, mock call presentation of phone skills) & also personality assessment
2. One on One Interview with two immediate supervisors, and/or employee trainer,
3. Drug test & background check requested, when everything returns free & clear--job offer via HR
4. One week training period setup
