Multi-layered, as expected from an international company. Phone interview w/ HR, great! Video interview w/ mulitple people at one time, great! In person interview to review the role w/ included group interviews w/ the entire sales team concluding with my 3-minute presentation and Q&A session of the product I would be selling. I aced it, all was great! Fourth interview with an even higher up, verbally approved and I was offered the position on the spot. I was to receive the formal written offer within 48 hours... I never heard back from anyone. I reached out a few times across different avenues to the 3 people I personally interviewed with and... nothing. Shockingly unprofessional.
