Several interviews with Talent Development, Sales leadership, and HR--all via phone or video chat. Interviews were generally conversational, but there were certainly some tough questions mixed in. Preparing well (writing down my "whys" and some sample scenarios for when I performed well and not-so-well in a previous role) for each interview helped me tremendously.
