I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Apr 2015
Interview
The company was looking for a sales associate and calling it a manager in training position. It was not that at all, but it was certainly presented that way. The interview was conducted at a Firestone location and was as cookie cutter as it gets. Standard questions and I believe I could have blinked once for yes and twice for no and still received the offer. There was a job fair that made the position seem legit and it was followed by a second interview in which you will be offered a position. The position will not be what they claim it is, but they will sell it as something great. Unless you are flat broke and need a job do not link up with this company.

Interview
One interview, background and drug test. I was told to expect $1,500+ in bonus pay per month if top seller. Consistently was top performer and still didn't receive any bonus for months. Once bonus was received it was roughly $200 per month even though I was top performer. I was hired and interviewed for a location close to home and two days before starting received an email that I would be working close to an hour away from home for two weeks. Was left there for months and wouldn't have been moved without threatening legal action. Was told I word be working 5-10 hours of overtime per week which did not happen. Training, workplace environment, integrity, pay, corporate philosophy all misrepresented. Several people hired with active criminal records.
