They have 3 interviews 2 in person and one through skype. You must come in dressed very profetional, and be as polite as possible. They are very picky when it comes to people they hire. But they are looking for a good fit. So they will ask you about your hobbies and interests. If you like to ski and hike that's a plus. They also have a softball team in the summer.
