I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Firebrand Training (London, England) in Sep 2022
Interview
Got put through for an interview by a recruiter. It was a team’s interview with “sales coaches”. Didn’t seem professional. Interview was not structured.
Didn’t like confident person with significant experience that could potentially outshine them. The questions were not competency based questions.

Question 1
Did you have training in the past?
How do you feel? To which I replied I’m excited. Then they said that’s not a good answer. As if I should be nervous for an interview which I have over 6 years experience in.
