I received an email asking about my salary requirements, location, and reasons for wanting to work for Firebrand. That led to an interview with the hiring manager and a 16-question assessment. The final step would have been an interview with one or both of the company co-founders, but I was told they hired someone before I could reach that stage. I promptly followed up for feedback but never got a response.
