I was offered to work outside Helsinki, but it was optional.
Easy interview process with 3 stages. Go through the industry details. Be prepared. Know your field and be confident. Be on time or atlest 15mins before. Google previos questions. Check on some sample answers and know whats expected by going thought the job requirements.
It was super easy going, the group leader was responsible. There were 2 rounds of interviews,one remote and one on site. In the end ,they describe the job taks.no test were needed
