Finley Engineering Group interview questions

Mafde a call, sent a resume and heard back in a few days. Have an intial telephone interview, followed by a Skype interview. Came to thier offices for a more formal interview. Got an offer a couple of days alter.

I applied through a campus website and was asked to do a phone interview. A week later I was asked to do a skype interview. A few days later I was asked to come in to meet with the managing partner and a supervisor. It was a very relaxed interview. Seemed more like a conversation than a question answer setting.
