The first contact was pretty much generic - a recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. The job details were pretty vague, yet I proceeded in the hope that the other reviews of the interviews were subjective.
When it came to the interview itself, I thought it was basic courtesy to turn on the camera when you are talking to a candidate. Not here. They wanted me to have my camera on, yet, one of the interviewers had her camera off. On top of that, the interview felt arrogant, it was basically like being questioned by two mean girls who didn't take time to listen to your answers.
The job description still remains vague to me - the only thing that they were interested in was how much content I could produce per day, it's about numbers and not quality.
The rejection was expected, yet not very explained and zero feedback.
