I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Finck & Associates (Auxvasse, MO) in Feb 2017
Interview
At first I actually didn't know what I was getting into. I thought at first I might be working at a half-way house or facility but that wasn't the case. I was actually going to work in an ISL, but they do not tell you that in the interview. I have a feeling not many people knew what they were getting into. The woman that interviewed me was very kind and sweet though so I was convinced that this would be a great place to work.

Interview
I applied and got a call about a week later, they scheduled the interview for the very next day. It was pretty laid back. I interviewed in front of 3 people. they asked what i was okay doing-as the job is taking care of people- and then the next day i was called and told i could start the very next day.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Finck & Associates (Mexico, MO) in Sep 2013
Interview
A friend told me there were openings and gave me a phone number to call. I called the office and spoke with the Human Resources Manager and told her I was interested in a position. We spoke for a few minutes about the position. She then gave me an address and set me up for an interview with the main hiring manager. The interview was 2 days later at the place I ended up working. The interview was about 15 minutes and there were 2 people asking me questions. At the end of it they offered me the position contingent upon passing a drug screen.
