Horrible and a waste of time. I had an initial with a recruiter then one with my direct manager which both went well. Then there was my final with someone else who didn’t do my job function. He asked me if I were reading a script.. LOL I had my resume up which I do for EVERY interview. Honestly I felt over qualified for the role. The last interviewer was a jerk needless to say.

Interview
I interviewed with three members of the team, including a founding director. No one really wowed me with their experience or questions, and it wasn’t clear they knew what they were looking for in a candidate. The role itself supposedly needed to be filled urgently but they’ve been hiring someone for a year now. I never heard back after my third interview despite following up. Overall, a very negative experience and a shockingly unprofessional one.
