Phone Interview. It has only been a few days since the phone interview. I should be hearing from them in the next few days. The starting hourly is not great but they say you get a bump as you start to produce. I can tell that it's a smaller company, which has its pro and cons.

2 interview process. First with management and then a second interview with the boss. Have your resume memorized and act confident, you will do fine. The problem I saw most with those who came in for interviews was a lack of confidence. Others seemed like they rather be at a party than in the interview. Dress professionally. Backup your skills for the position you're applying for. You'll do fine.
