Field Intelligence interview questions

There was an online interview wich was more technical based for accessing your knowledge and skills. The second and final interview was a in person interview which was with one person, the rest of the team was online with their cameras off, this interview was more to assess interpersonal skills.

Standard 3-step. 1. Introductory chat with CTO 2. Pair-programming challenges with the lead developer 3. Introduction with CTO, lead developer and some others from the team. Another problem solving task that was a bit chaotic.
