I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Fidelis Strategic Marketing (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Less of a training program for management and more of a rudimentary sales program where you bug people in brick and mortar stores to sign up for a service. I do not recommend at all. Not what it seems.

Interview
Bait and Switch
Applied to a job description of working customer service and helping customers troubleshoot any problems over the phone.
Came into the interview and was told I was being considered for a customer service rep position as well as a management trainee position since the interview went extremely well.
I came back the next day to shadow an employee in the trainee program. We were selling Home Depot products at various Home Depot's in Chicago suburbs. When I asked about the customer service job which I would prefer to do over sales. I was told this position was no longer available.
They only told me there was a customer service position to get me to come back the next day. WHAT A BAIT AND SWITCH! This is only a sales position where you in $10/hr selling products nobody wants at Home Depot standing for 8 hours a day.
No thanks!!!
Here's a warning to everyone who is granted an interview . And they accept everyone.

Interview
It consisted of a first and second round interview, which were carried out very professionally. These interviews consisted of them getting to know me and ask questions about myself and to see if I would be a good fit for the company.
