Interview
Interview was with HR and the direct manager for the position in question. After that, they sent me a case study task to do at home. However, the task was written in local language but when I returned it in local language, they said the requirement was to have it in English. After I translated it, they reviewed it and gave me an offer on the phone.

Interview
I applied online, directly to the organization. Next: IQ test, case and discussion with managers. All of them were really friendly. IQ test is normal, not difficult. You can prepare for it if you make few in internet. The case was really interesting – a research about new product. There were questions about my decisions – why I think that this must happened in this way, how I get this decision etc. Discussion was friendly and fair.
