Fiberlink Software Engineer interview questions

Very good interview experience. I had 3 rounds 45 minutes each. First two were techical. Last round was taken by hiring manager. It took 4 hours for the whole process. Questions askes were basic data structures and algorithmsin first round. More on frameworks like spring hibernate in seond round. Java questions on jvm and collections Few design questions were also asked

The process was smooth and streamlined. The HR is polite and the whole panel was intellectual. It started at 10 AM in the morning and I had 4 Tech + 1 HR rounds on the same day. Since, I had experience in Securities, they wanted me to speak to one of their Sr. VP who had come from Philadelphia. They disclosed the figures to me after a week but took time to release the offer letter as that had to come from IBM.
