Initial phone screening, followed by weeks of waiting, followed by 9+ calls with different team members with lots of waiting in between, followed by more waiting, followed by extreme lack of response, followed by ghosting from the company. It's unfortunate how poorly this company operates. It's clear from the outside looking in that there is zero accountability here. The older guy (I won't mention his name) running their recruitment is such a bad representation to the company it's actually a bit comical. I interviewed having over 9+ calls, all positive feedback, and more than qualified for the role. No hard feelings if they decided to go in a different direction, but to ghost your candidates is simply unacceptable. The complete lack of respect for the candidate's effort/time deserves a response at a minimum. Again, this is a clear representation of the lack of accountability at this company, and likely how they treat their current employees. If you are thinking of interviewing here, do yourself a favor and keep them on the "back burner".
