Ágil pero las cosas no muy claras. Salario bajo y perspectivas no muy alentadoras. Fábrica que está en erte a menudo y bastante contaminante. Los operarios tienen mejores condiciones que los ingenieros

El proceso constó de dos entrevistas. La primera de ellas fue con RRHH y con un miembro del equipo. Duró aproximadamente 30 minutos. La segunda entrevista fue más corta y en este caso participó también el jefe del equipo.
