Interview
1st call - From HR located in Italy, italian speaker. Very light talk and presentation.
2nd call - From HR (more focus on the role), additional information given and additional discusison about the role i was applying for.
3rd call - From Director, English speaker. Explanation of the role and several questions on my previous experiences + some technical questions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Ferrero (Guadalajara, Jalisco)

Fue muy buena entrevista, es una entrevista que tienes que hacer todo para superarte ante los demás, me gustó salir de mi zona de comfort, y seguir esforzándome para más adelante poder ser parte de esta compañía que me encanto
1- initial call from HR to go through CV and basic info
2 - meeting with Line Manager and HR to go through generic questions and competency based questions
4- presentation on business case/data provided. The meeting will include additional stakeholders to your line manager and HR contacts.
It is very lengthy and very slow process

2 rounds of interviews. Standard competency questions but the interviewer didn’t give much enthusiasm or feedback when giving answers or throughout, very much seemed like asking a question and then onto the next question, so was difficult to gauge how it was going - so got quite a bad vibe throughout it
