It started off at a career day. I underwent an interview with two employees from the HR department. It went on to a call and then an online test, numerical and logical. I passed all these step and then received a call to join Ferrero for a 6 month internship but unfortunately i was available for only 3 months

Interview
Very long process: it took 5 months from the moment I applied to when I received an offer.
The process consisted of an initial phone screening with HR, the first interview with line managers, a second interview with HR, and the last interview with the head of the department.

The first interview was mostly with questions about my previous role, and the second interview was related to the role I had applied for.
HR Interview on the phone first then invitation to HQ for an in-person interview.
You know within 2 weeks if you get to the next round or not. If you do, you will be invited for in-person interview.
