Interview
I arrive at the Ferrero head office in Sydney, the manager who interviewed me was quite rude and offensive. He proceeded to grill me on parts of my CV and wouldn't be happy with my answer and would re-ask the question in a condescending manner. It felt more like an interrogation and I was left feeling angry and humiliated. I found out after the interview that other candidates said they had the exact same experience as I did. Throughout the interview, he looked at his watch repeatedly and sighed when I asked him a question. For a company with a great reputation this was beyond disappointing. They will miss out on fantastic candidates due to this managers poor attitude and demeanor. I withdrew my application immediately after the interview was over.

Interview
A two-stage interview process, with the HR manager and the hiring manager. The questions were very standard. Afterwards, reference checks were conducted. The process itself was straightforward but not fast, due to the time gap between the two interview stages.

Il primo colloquio si è tenuto da remoto in italiano con un dipendente addetto alle risorse umane con il quale mi sono trovata benissimo: 1 ora di chiacchierata piacevole nella quale mi sono raccontata e abbiamo affrontato temi quali "come ridurre gli imballaggi della plastica", perché volevo lavorare per F. Il secondo colloquio, a distanza di un paio di giorni, è durato sempre 1 ora e hanno partecipato oltre al primo recruiter anche due manager. Il colloquio è stato conoscitivo e mi sono state poste le domande del primo colloquio. Poi sono spariti e dopo 15 gg di attesa ho inviato una mail per sapere se ci fossero delle novità. Il recruiter mi ha chiamato e mi ha informata che non ero la candidata idonea. :(

The first interview with the HR was ok, the second one with the manager was let's say weird. The attitude of the manager was distant and with no curiosity to know more about myself and my experience. Half an hour was enough to realize there will be a No from my side and their side
