Received online interview. The process was very clear, well made. You need to register on a website. There you receive 5 or 6 typical questions. Few of them needs to be recorded, others typed. Questions like Why did you choose our company? What position you interested in? How do you handle situation, when you have angry customer on a phone?

It was a one-way video interview which involved questions that were pretty basic and not very job specific. It was overall a simple process. Does need some background research about the company.
