The interview process was smooth. My interviewer asked about past work experience, but also wanted to know more about me as a person, my family, and personal interest. The interview was more like a friendly conversation. I was also given a lot of information about Wolseley and how company operates and its benefits.

Interview
After completing their standard online assessment the recruiter reached out to schedule a remove interview. Conducted a 3 Panel (Teams) interview with Manager, his manager and HR/Trainer. After that had a meet/greet with direct manager prior to the job offer.

Was part of an aquasition and would have prefered to stay as a Branch manager. But would not let me stay with what I wanted to do. Either change of loose my job.
