Interview
It took 3 rounds with Fenergo guys to get rejected.
1. Technical with a developer
2. Behavioral, Technical with managers
3. Behavioral with the Dublin office IT director and the manager.
The communication with their recruiter is EMAIL and teams only, and he looked tired of his duties :)
The role is open for 2+ months at the moment, recruiters eager to find "right" person for "their" money.
I was reached out about this role twice.
The company is Windows laptops only.
The interviewer expressed a sing of regret when we were discussing Apple Silicone and how good they are and added that he works on old Mac and there is no way to upgrade.
Tech guys and the director told a different stories answering to the question about how they manage and tackle tech debt.
It looks like devs are servants in this company and play by book.
Local development processes are not set.
Absence of QA team is a shock 😱 specially knowing the head count of the company :)

Interview
It was a too long hiring process. After 4 interviews (three of them technical) and after 2 months I didn't get an offer. I don't know why they need 3 technical interviews instead of having one or maybe two.
