Also required to create a learning presentation for the panelists. Typically use PowerPoint or a similar slide show.

Interview
The interview process was very personal and relaxed. It spoke of the way the office is run. Mediation through the labor process is about coming to a mutual agreement and the process takes a cool head and collaboration through mutual respect.
