The interview process was typical, went very well, no left field questions. Very straight forward. Enjoyed the process. Panel type interview. Waited one week and got a response. Would recommend

Applied online, called for a brief phone interview then schedule a in-person interview with branch manager and assistant manager. Then a final interview with the district manager. Then afterwards they will go over the duties and responsibilities and require a drug test.

Tell me of a time you dealt with a difficult customer
Very long, jumping through multiple interviews at different locations. I was never called when they said they would--poor communication. I bounced around to different locations, for which I did not apply, and kept talking to more people. There is also a background test and drug test.
