Standard interview. We discussed about past work experience, how you've handled conflicts in the work place, why you see yourself working here, etc. Asked about job flexibility as I was in school at the time of the interview.

Put in application. Was called for a interview with the lead and assistant. Then called again for manager interview and then right after with district mananager. During really detailed on what's expected and what they offer . I took a drug test and background check and came in to do on the job training and got the job. The interview was really easy. I just was quick with my awners and did my best and I got the job . they even increased my pay so I dident have to take that much of a pay cut from a previous job that I had been laid off from.

First there was a phone interview where I was asked about why I wanted this position. Next was an in person interview with my center manager. I was asked about prior positions and why I left my previous job. Then I met with a regional manager to see if I was fit for this position.
