It can take time after applying to receive an interview, introducing yourself and inquiring in the designated location can speed this time frame up.
The first interview was conducted via phone from Human Resources. After the prescreened HR interview, a time is schedules for an instore interview with the Center Manager. The hiring time after this can be 2 or more weeks, many times closer to a month.

Tell me about a time you overcame a signifacant problem in the workplace and how?
First a phone interview with the recruiter which was very conversational. Then an in-person interview with the manager which lasted about an hour with several questions, slightly repetitive, lastly a phone interview with district manager. Recruiting manager has you review each interview and provides you with tools to ace your interview, making it a very fun process.

I applied to the position on a Friday. I was called the next day and set up a phone interview with a recruiter on Monday. I had my in person interview with the Center Manager on Tuesday, and final interview with District leader on a Wednesday morning. Wednesday afternoon I received an offer letter.

The interview process is generally three steps. After applying, you will get an invitation for a phone interview. Assuming this goes well, you then will meet face to face with the direct hiring manager. The third and final step is face to face with hiring manager's manager.
