I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Woodbridge, NJ) in Oct 2014
Interview
apply online and then receive a call confirming sort observation. the interview is very short and easy , they'll hire anyone since most people quit. For the interview you'll have to be on time and I believe you have to bring documents such as id and social. Then you'll have to wait on a line and then put information into a computer. After that you'll have a quick interview but more like just handing in documents.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
