1. 30min round: based on previous experience and focus on copywriting skills
2. case study
3. 15min round: nothing really into deep-dive, generic questions

Interview
It was for a promotion within the company. The growth potential for admins at FedEx is almost non-existent. If you are applying to be an admin to "get your foot in the door," you can hang it up, regardless of your degree or past work experience. Politics, nepotism and "favorites" run rampant here and play a major role in determining who advances. Positions are created with specific people in mind and in many cases are not posted, so no one is even aware of the opening. I have given up here and am currently job-hunting.
