Interview
There are about 4 to 7 questions. Experience based, Behavioral based, Job Fitness based, and Managerial based questions. You will have to do a drug test. It can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 1 1/2 months to complete the process.

Their interview process for anything other than package handler is background, action result. You usually interview with hr and a senior manager. They really look for people that excell in customer service and are looking to grow with the company

easy questions just be honest. asked mostly about how organized i was and if i had any problem working with people. asked if i would be able to work in heat and cold and be on my feet for eight hours
