Interview
They did not ask any technical question. Only general behavioral questions. Also, it was a phone interview and they did not engage in conversation, they were just reading questions and writing down my answers.

Interview

The process emphasizes safety, reliability, and handling high-pressure, fast-paced environments. Behavioral questions (using the STAR method) and, for certain roles, drug tests and background checks, are common.
Interview was straight forward. Recruiter call. Phone interview followed. This was technical. Problem was pulled out of leetcode. Was an easy to medium problem. Got offer a couple days later.
