I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at FedEx (Phoenix, AZ) in May 2015
Interview
Informal and quick. The office has other interview rooms and was called after waiting in a room. The person was on the computer and marking down responses. Didn't need to dress formally, but it does help.

Question 1
Do you feel comfortable in a fast paced environment?
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
