Applied on from a job on Indeed. Completed an online job application. A week after I applied, I was invited to a phone interview the next week. The interview was with the P&D Manager/Operations and the HR Business Partner for that Station. Invited for a 20 minute phone interview. (This was during COVID in 2020 so there was no in-person interview). Had one phone interview and learned the next week I had the job. Was a typical phone interview, not difficult, I was then received a job offer right away and they proceeded with reference checks. Very fast hiring process.

30 minutes with two hiring managers with some general questions. Before that, there is a telephone confirmation to see if the working hour is acceptable for me. The interview is on the zoom.
