online interview through email, after filling all the questionare and the form needed online, and fulill all the requirement, hiring manager called and have me to fill information about ssn and tax online, then there is another call to schedule orientation day. Quick, easy, and simple.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
