Interview by two people in the same room, questions about resume/experience.One person was a manager other one was from HR. Also asked how to solve certain situations based on what they described. Also spoke about leading a team.

How would you plan to retain package handlers on a team to prevent them from leaving
In the interview process use the B.A.R. format to answer any question. There are about five to six questions, and after you will have time with time at the end for your one questions.

Easy and good environment. Check their websites so it’s clear. Sharing this in public. Reference is preferred and prior experience. Well educated team to supervise and improve your career. Fedex ground and Express are kinda similar
