Interviews are held either over the phone or in person if all applicants are local. Interview consists of ten questions. The interviewer is able to choose one of two questions for each of the ten categories. Most questions center around a "Tell me about a time when..." style and the person being interviewed is asked to phrase the response in the "B.A.R." style (Background, Action, Result).
