I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at FedEx (Tracy, CA) in Aug 2018
Interview
It was much quicker than I expected, but I stayed positive, answered every question to the best of my ability, and it was over before I knew it. All they did was ask me questions such as would I be able to handle the physical rigors of the job and which shift looked interesting to me.

Question 1
This is a very physical job. Do you think you're up for it?
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
